This page is for Booth Registration and Advertising space in our student booklet. More detailed information can be requested from the address below.
BOOTHS
Each booth comes with an 8' table and 2 folding chairs. Booths will be open Friday afternoon during registration and 45 minutes before and after each of FCYC's programs. Booths will be closed during FCYC programs. Setup will begin at 10 am on Dec. 1st and must be completed by 7 pm that evening. Exhibits must be completely removed by 2 PM on December 4th. Rental of booth incoludes 2 FCYC registrations. Commercial and Limited Commercial booths will also be charged 10% of their gross sales of product.
ADVERTISING
All attendees will recieve a convention booklet that includes schedules, map of convention center, notes, etc... Advertising space will be sold in this booklet to help offset cost of printing. Companies who pay for a booth and request ad space will get a 10% refund of the cost of their advertisments. Ad location and colors will be determined by the publicity committee based on overall apperance of booklet. Committee has right to refuse any advertiser.
